Away from the main part of town but close enough to easily access restaurant's, shops and services including the spectacular Premier Mill Hotel and The Daily Grind Cafe. A short walk to the amazing All Ages Playground. There is an Air con, ceiling fans, wood heater and electric blankets. The house has an open plan kitchen dining and lounge area. 3 bedrooms are available with queen beds. Sheds and rear fenced yard are out of bounds to guests. The hot water system is gas. In case of a gas bottle running out a full one can be switched to. Host available to help if needed.
